A look back at summer 2016 in NYC
Well, this morning in the Northeast, we woke up to freezing temperatures, so it seems like maybe its safe to say summer is officially over. If you are like me, the cooler temperatures make you happy! I’m not a fan of the heat, sweating, or shorts and sandals. Give me cool weather, sweaters, hot cocoa and snuggling under a blanket any day!
Anyway, summer seems to have left, and as I’m enjoying the autumn leaves, I thought I’d do a post and look back at some of the best moments this summer in NYC. I went to Instagram to find some of my favorite NYC photographers and some of the best photos they shared this summer. Everything from the 4th of July fireworks, to Manahttanhenge (happens a couple times a year when the sun aligns with the grid of Manhattans streets from east to west and is a beautiful photo opportunity), bike ridging through the City, or just beautiful summer scenes. Here are some of the best moments this summer:

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this post. I will work on making more frequent blog posts moving forward. This summer between some personal health issues and the loss of a beloved pet, my posts have suffered. I will work on getting back to it, plus I’m excited about the upcoming holiday season and sharing more of my favorite NYC moments. You can stay updated with us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter as well!
